Free Alec Burks

You can't eval Burks on 6 minutes. Geesh.

He did fine.

The problem was Corbin bringing in Evans as well. One at a time Big Ty.....

This.

So maybe I was right and Corbin does have a reason for limiting Burks.

Horrible assessment of his 6 minutes.

He took 2 shots: 1 of them he broke a dudes ankles and got wide open for a 15 footer that went in and out.... the other shot was from about 8 feet out that he normally makes. So he took 2 shots, both of them good looks.

He did over dribble ONE time so ya, just horrible.

His defense was just fine and the guy he was gaurding never scored a single point.

He was fighting for rebounds constantly and tipping the rebounds around (never could quite get hold of one)

His only bad play was the one time that he over dribbled and got double teamed out beyond the 3 point line and lost the ball.... which favors recovered by the way so it didn't even count as a turnover.

100% this

He actually looked lost most of the time, which i will attribute to lack of confidence and PT. He showed he cant run the point though, got picked once or twice if I remember correctly, gotta work on the ball handling.

/hate off
Not too shabby in his limited time.
/hate on

So, Burks has yet to come into a game a second time. Come on, Corbin, enough of this Tinsley crap and just play Burks and Foye together in the back court. I'm guessing it'll take Corbin another 5 games to try this? He's seemingly always two steps behind.
