lets say you work in new york city.
if you spend your whole 1 million dollar in salary. you're effective taxrate is HIGHER than 60%.
federal tax. state tax, property tax, sales tax and lots of other taxes. so YES when u done spending your money you have paid more than 60% tax.

Rape is a literal physical bodily invasion. Discussion of the rights of ownership of things is not the same as the right of ownership over your own body. Equating marginal tax rates to rape is absurdly offensive.

HP Stock jumped 6.9% on the day she was fired. In essence, the free market valued her leadership at negative six billion dollars.

So much wrong here. First of all, you are stating an opinion. Kicky is staying fact. If you want to compare rape to taxation, learn the difference between the words literal and figurative. Then use the meaning.

Second, there are regulations as to what food stamps can be used for. People on food stamps are not living in the lap of luxury.

When you figure in income, property, federal, and state tax my dad pays pretty much 50% in taxes. I always figure if I'm gonna spend $50, I need to earn $100 to pay for it.

ok how about this, true story! 110% true. probably tl;dr. its a personal story, but it is pretty common around these here parts.
this one night i was getting some take out food, while sitting there waiting for my order. there where 2 other guys friends waiting for their order.
they where talking sadly to say i overheard their whole conversation.
now i will paraphrase/translate the convo.(giving the guys name so easy to follow)
john: so how is the jo hunt going.
peter:exactly like i want it to go.
john: so you got a job congrats!
peter: no i am purposely sabotaging the job aplication proses
john: WHY?
Peter: cus i don't want a job, as it stands now i get 1400 euros a month and all i have to do is send 10 aplications a month. and i keep getting benefit
john: ooh aren't u tired of not working
Peter: hell noo this is the live wake up at noon-ish, play xbox till other get off work, then chill with them, have fun time till at about 3 am then rinse repeat only.


soooo you see the problem that guy was talking about xbox and playstation at home, i saw in his hand an IPHONE a fricking 600-800 dollar phone.
he was living of tax payers money while other where working hard.


i refuse to buy a smartphone a couple of 100 dollars that only last a year or 2. i got a nokia 1100. i work hard.
while this joker does not even TRY. and he is walking around with iphone and pretty well dressed.

well **** you that felt like rape, good thing i am a well tempered guy cus i wanted to kick him in the balls cus it felt like he was raping me!
trust me this story is not an isolated incident. i got friends working at certain departments who see this happen and all they can do is push through the papers.



YES its his right to get 1200-1400 euros a month! taken/stolen by force from others!
to me an iphone is as trivial as sexual urge.

and wether you leech of someone else his hard labor or take someone else without consent for your sexual pleasures. it is the same.
