Oh and please, for the love of all that is holy, stay away from creative name spellings. It just needlessly complicates things and guarantees that the kid will spend the rest of their life saying "no that is with a Y...no at the end....I know it sounds like an E but it is a Y....no spell it like this....no I said at the end". This happens more in girl's names I think, but I have a friend who change her name legally for this reason, but kept it the same name (her name is Emily, but her parents, for whatever reason, thought it was cute to spell it Emeley...I guess they thought "E"s are feminine). It is still the same name, but she normalized the spelling because she got tired of the rigamarole. Sure it looks nifty on the papers you fill out for elementary school, but gets really old the 1000th time the "kid" has to re-spell it for somoene over the phone or in a store or whatever.
