A good friend has lived in Sante Fe and loved it there. His father and some family still live there. It's the richest city in the country, and as such, has a lot to offer. It attracts a lot of celebrities and such.

Side comment: apparently Val Kilmer ran for mayor, and those who've met him attest to the ******* temperament that he's known for.

I doubt it's top 50, tbh.

Wife's been getting calls from an unknown number where nobody talks, and this last night she heard somebody walking on the rocks outside our bedroom window. Went outside and the gate on our fence was wide open, and I know I shut it. Thinking of getting her a little pistol, and some mace. ****s got me a little freaked out.

I finished my 1969 Schwinn Twin (tandem) project. On the original bikes, both cockpits have a mixte-style top tube, but for additional rigidity I added a traditional horizontal one to the front position. Plus, I had to rebuild the old drum brake and rear wheel. And other stuff. I tried to post pics, but my comp and browser are too old.

I'm also about halfway done with the restoration and scrambler conversion of my old BMW airhead. It's gonna look dope as **** in about a month.

Home renovations are moving along pretty slowly. I burn out fast with those projects.

Call the local police dispatch and tell them what has been happening. File a report. Number can be traced by the cell phone company.

Get a dog or two (if you don't already. Lots of good breeds. Rots, Pits, German Shepards, mastiffs, Labs, Goldens, Dalmations...), a padlock for your gate (and any other needed areas) and look into motion detector strobe lights outside your home. All of that in addition to the pistol.
