Lowe Post Jazz Stuff

The problem with trading Dante is paradoxical. If DL sees someone else value him enough to trade for him, he’ll go back and ask himself why he’s trading away someone that other people value, and it will reignite his hope and optimism.

It’s the Dante dilemma. The catch 22. The “we’re ****ed but we’re ‘being aggressive’” idea.

For reference, please see NWG. “Oh, other GMs are interested in his rights? Gotta sign him. See you later, Neto.”

And it's all tied to his draft position. It effects the most casual fan all the way up to the top of the chain.

I'll say this much; the only thing I have less interest in than rebuilding is having some ******** Kobe/Shaq beef between two players that aren't as good on a .500 team. They better get their **** together, and if I'm picking sides, it's Gobert.

Preach on, brotha.

As much as Cy is right about the height issue, Donovan is still vital to us. We point out some of the bad habits that have creeped back into his game because we care, far from actually having hate for him.

My bigger concern is along the height issue, in the playoffs. How do we hide Mike Conley against the ridiculously tall and talented playoff teams?

U can't hide him. Jazz just aren't as good as the elite teams. They have no superstar and bogey is the best offensive player but Donovan won't let him be that.

DM started the season super efficient with more assists and talked about working on it over the summer. He's been looking in the mirror and will get back to basics imo.

It's amazing how quickly fans turn on players.

Donovan is the best young talent we have ever had. We brought in Conley to help Donovan, and he has done so much of the opposite. The summer strain of the world championships has taken their toll. We seem mentally fatigued.

Right now, we just aren't clicking. We aren't gelling. I think eventually, we will figure it out. Gobert needs to set screens, get the lob when it's there but don't whine for his touches. Conley needs to step up. Bojan learn the offense a little better. Quin coach better.

Donovan has to play better, but he is our future. He is a badass. Don't turn on him.

Didn't you just make a thread like yesterday about trading our best player? Now you're lecturing people about not turning on players.

He needs to be more of a creator. He's not Steph Curry. He needs to stop pretending he is and play to his strengths.

Also, if there’s any validity to NY having any openness to swapping Morris for Exum/Bradley then that needs to be executed as soon as Morris’ contract is able to be moved. Do it before Dolan stumbles across a homeless palm reader who pulls his head out of his ***. Of course, DL May have his own homeless palm reader telling him not to do it.

Our best offensive player, by a large margin, is Bogdanovic. someone just needs to tell Mitchell that. I know which player I would prefer getting the more shots.

I’ve wanted Morris since the offseason. I think he is perfect for this team.

I’m a yes, if Xanny asks.
