Just read the info from SLC Dunk. Good news Mike will not miss too much games. Will be interesting to see if THT, Colin can up their passing level, specially Colin who really struggling on this part. They will play more min, it's a good thing.
 
i'm going to take a guess and say we'll see conley 2nd week of december. going to really need young trashcheeks sexton to play better.

Sexton had 4 assists in back to back games in limited minutes. I’d say he’s already improving.
 
Regardless of how few games Conley might miss, the future of his role is important to address and if we are to address with a young and unrefined guy then its better to do while Mike still plays on a high level.

What do people think of the two Joneses, Memphis Tyus and Spurs Tre?

I watched one Spurs game and Tre looked really good with his dimes, but is still unrefined and doesnt seem much of a scoring threat. Tyus is more well rounded and stuck behind Ja, but they seem to like him. He will never get to start there though, barring injury to Ja.

I love Tyus jones a lot. He is not a great scorer but great passing and a fantastic ratio Assis/TO. A King of low level Mike but younger. But he just sign extenson this summer and seems to be happy as a back up from Ja. Probably because he know he will play every game and that Ja with his crazy style is injury prone. I doubt Ja can have a season without missing 20 games.

He is getting a few more assists but the offense still bogs down when he is running things. Might be good for Sexton to get more reps but much better for the team to have Mike back on the floor.
 
To be honest, if it were me with that injury, I would probably be out playing basketball again in two or three days.

It was an isolated popliteal over extension(meaning no other muscle structures were involved), so he probably felt very minimal pain and was walking around with no problem 20 minutes later. Probably more of a scare than anything for him. I imagine if I felt that I would stay on the ground too for good measure.

If he is out the full month, it is because of precautions, rest, or simply testing out other lineups. The hamstrings don’t even connect to the popliteal in any manor so there shouldn’t be any “crossover injury concerns” there.

Mike is huge and is the leader of this team with Lauri. If we got a good opportunity, we have to trade him as he is 35. But if not, i'm sure he will be great the second part of the season.
