A Hoopshype article (just the writer's own speculation) suggests Favors could be targeted by Washington, Milwaukee, Golden State and Utah.

Utah is the only team on that list that could actually sign him to a decent contract above the MLE. Every other team mentioned has major cap or tax issues.

Pretty sure any team in the league would prefer Capela to Favors. Capela is restricted, though, with a good chance of Houston matching.

They better win a ring this year if they match him on a max deal, though. That core is probably near its apex and they’ll be facing cap hell.
