But it's difficult to build around the guy who's the third fiddle behind two guys that are established with the team. Rudy's play style isn't compatible with everyone or every scheme because has basically 0 offensive skill and is ineffective on defense unless he can just sit at the rim.
 
I keep getting the feeling that Anthony Edwards will be this generation's Derrick Coleman. 10 years from now we will look back and think "What the Hell happened there?"

Crazy that they went from being a super fun, exciting team pre Rudy to boring and borderline unwatchable with him. Kind of similar to what happened here. While Donovan went to Cleveland and is thriving as they've become must see TV.

Jazz fans told me all offseason how he was way better than Donovan and actually played defense, lmao...

Ant definitely has flashes of looking really good on defense. Last year Donovan was checked out on defense so it's a bit of an unfair comparison though.

I do think Ant will be an all-star caliber players for the next 8 years, but I think he's a pretty big fight risk from Minnesota in the next couple years

Ant has flashes but he's a pretty low effort/inconsistent defender, just like Donovan.
I agree, I think KAT and Edwards will both bounce as soon as they can.
