Nope… after we lose the play in the lotto balls drop and we end up with 1 and 2…. Then pick 17 or whatever.
No, we’ll get 1 and 2 but the Philly pick jumps to 3 and we get 12 from the Nets.

Well, I guess they draw for the top 5, so what happens is we get 1 and 2, Philly and Brooklyn jump to 3 and 4 and we get Houston’s 5.

Thing is, I can feel for them. We saw a good team here hamstrung by similar front office shenanigans over the last 3-5 years, with the wrong players drafted and signed, and wasting a golden opportunity with 2 solid all-stars that should have had more success than we did. That said, I am happy to drink their tears as we cash in on their lottery win this year.
Always give me a good laugh reading these.. it never gets old.. hahaha..
