This idea that PG and Leonard can lock down DM and Conley is ridiculous. They can not keep up with their speed. The Clips are certainly a contender but they are one of several contenders. They pursued Kawaii. He was never theirs to lose. They could have made the choice that they were going to build a good team without him, like we did in trading for Conley instead of waiting on Harris or DLo. They chose to pirate someone else's free agent while some sure things slid off the board. Screw them, they got what they deserved.

Hope Rudy can continue to improve offensively. But he's the key to solving the Clippers. They will be tough on the perimeter no matter what.

Tough perimeter D is kind of hollow without rim protection to match. Is Zubac gonna be that guy? Can thy get anyone else?
