How does any amount of money fix these poor black kids growing up with no father, no outlets outside of drugs and gangs, destroyed infrastructure, and elected officials(red and blue)who have had decades to do something and haven't done jack ****?

Any amount of money fixes a lot of things, including things that you just cited that are due to lack of money (schools, infrastructure). But food security, childcare, and healthcare would go a very long way.

Also, maybe not over policing, overcharging, and shooting black men might help keep more around.

Why not just say "Yes this is bull ****, They are clearly being treated differently for obvious reasons and that needs to change because what is happening to my fellow humans is ****ing terrible".
