If something was actually done about it then I guess the continued death wishes and public displays of hatred are revenge. LOL!

Here are the new death wishes the vengeful auto insurance salesman gave me to wound me to the core:

It would sure be a bummer if a tanker full of gas were to run into your car and burned it to the ground. It would suck if you were in the car when it happened.

I really doubt a moderator told you "I don't know if I can tell you the outcome." If so he/she was confused. We have a general policy that we don't feel obligated to tell people the results of their reports, but there's no policy saying moderators CAN'T tell people the results.

Anyway, I can tell you after you made the reports a discussion thread was started in the moderator forum. In the end there were 9 posts and 7 different posters in the thread. We discussed the four rep comments you reported. Three of them were from one poster, the fourth was from a different poster. After the discussion, the consensus was to issue an official warning to one of the two posters. (The other poster's comment was not deemed warning-worthy.) That was done within 24 hours after you made your report.

I'm also seriously doubting this statement of yours: "I was told privately that all but one of the mods didn't care about it unless it had a homosexual slur attached." If so, your source is leading you seriously astray. In fact, NONE of the mods said anything along the lines that the comments would have been more warning-worthy if they had had homosexual slurs attached. The ONLY mention of homosexual slurs in the thread was that one of the moderators said the infraction given to Sloanfeld for a "wishing for someone to die" rep comment had undoubtedly been in part because of the word "homo", but that he (the moderator) would have voted for an infraction regardless.

I will start a thread in the moderator forum about these new rep comments.

This should turn interesting really quickly.

The only unsigned rep on my list was from Archie, but it wasn't undeserved. Just a post that I meant as sarcastic nonsense which I think he interpreted as plain stupidity. He's given me his fair share of pos-rep, too, so we're all good.
