I neg rep a lot of posts that are ridiculous regardless of the identity of the offender.

There's only been a couple instances where I used rep that wasn't post specific. I neg repped JF_2814 by telling him that Heat sucks and he should change his avatar. Predictably, he responded like a maniac. I've neg repped Mullet_Mutilator in the past when he's had huge signatures. Those are really the only two I can think of right now that weren't post specific.

EDIT: It was a post about Lady Gaga. I suspect I was annoyed by constant pro-Lady Gaga posts. Not because I have anything against her, but simply because enough is enough. I'd probably neg rep Jimmer posts too if I even bothered to click on them.

I think it is pretty amusing that kicky didn't sign his neg reps. He needs to change his identifier to "Most Fragile Ego on the Board".
