I don't really have any other word to describe it, maybe effeminate. But as long as society dictates "gay" as the number one adjective for things that look like your car, I'm gonna use that word.

Obviously if it's a part of US culture it must be good. Just like slavery, disenfranchisement of women, persecution of mormons across the plains, the general distrust of jews, and the seizure of Native American land because they're not Christian like us amirite amirite?

You're actually behind the ball on that one. Over the last several years it is extremely uncommon to see heroic figures use homosexual slurs or refer to things as "gay" in popular fiction. If you view entertainment media as a leading edge you're going the wrong direction here.
