Taking the Bullets Out of the Gun

I think the time line he gave you is pretty standard it was the same for me, they want to make sure the chamber is clear of all rounds. I was also told should go back every so often once every year or couple of years to make sure the lines didn't grow together.....or "firing pin" to keep with your analogy. But I never have after I was given the all clear, I felt a bit funny walking around carrying bullets.

Because I happen to still enjoy the rest of the gun. It works great and I never wanted to injure any innocent bystanders in the first place. Now I can pull the trigger as many times as I want without the slightest hesitation.

I think you're overestimating the role sperm play in what most of us are after when we have sex.

okay

i just dont see the point in a gun without bullets. the purpose of a gun is to shoot bullets right?

but hey your gun your choice:P

The world thanks you.

After our 3rd child my wife had her tubes tied. I mean right after, with 30 minutes. Her inards were already strectched to hell and the doctor simply made a small incision directly accross her belly button, went in and tied her up good. You can't even see the scar.

Regrading sex life after birth control, it's awesome! Once my wife was off the hormones and knew that she could no longer get pregnant, sex has been an option nearly every day. I'd highly recommend it!!

You're married. You don't have sex.

If we're talking about *****'s I always wear a condom. It's the most inexpensive way to keep your options open.

because sometimes you shoot to kill and other times it's just target practice.

I despise birth control -- only because it makes my wife a complete psycho. I will be getting my balls chopped off as soon as humanly possible. (that is, if I survive this pregnancy still married)

I've heard that from so many of my buddies. Well, not the balls getting chopped off part.

I think you're taking the gun analogy a bit far. Besides, thechnically there is still a shot with a nice bang to it, just nothing lethal about the projectile.

I'm starting to wonder if you know how a vasectomy works. If the operation had been done to me without my knowledge there is nothing I or my wife would be able to notice as different, and I'd never have any way to know that it had been done. I hope that makes sense to you, and that you either already know (and are just being a DutchJazzer about this) or this helps you better understand.

After my wife went off her latest version of BC, which was $30/month out of pocket after insurance, we bougt a 12-pack of condoms. I'm out $60 total for the operation. A few months of buying condoms will surpass my total lifetime expense for the vasectomy.

Besides that, condoms aren't my favorite. I'd almost rather fly solo.

I think to stick with the analogy a paintball would be a good example. Still goes splat just a non lethal round.

On point though my wife is pretty sure she is done after this one so I will probably be heading to get the deed done. Also i suggest that no one use the NuvaRing that "birth control" made me a statistic...

What kind of statistic? My wife was using that.
