I interpret this and the Luka quote as not so much against SLC, but as against the obligation to be at the all-star festivities rather than on vacation.I wish people didnt want to come to Salt Lake City.
Utah is the fastest growing state over the past 10 years.
Too many people want to come here. It sucks

I’d love to see Danny get us some compensation for Quin. Something other than cash considerations.I'd love to see Quinn coach Trae / Murray
Give us AGJ or Hunter, bless up.I’d love to see Danny get us some compensation for Quin. Something other than cash considerations.
I would want no part of the Hawks job and coaching Trae Young if I was Quin. I would wait for a better job to come along.

Yes. But if they want him now, they’ll have to give us some of those chicken wings that Lou Williams broke protocol for.I don’t think we will because his contract with us is up at the end of this season. Isn’t he free to sign with anyone at that point?
He was an assistant there before becoming our HC. Not sure if that means anything but he is familiar with the organization.
The Hawks have also lost their Gm and HC in season, doesn't seem like the most stable environment.IIRC he was only there for one season and that was almost a decade ago. The organization has changed a lot since then, new owner, front office, coaches and players.
Excuse me sir Ressler played on a high school team with Aaron Holiday… he definitely was amazing and didn’t just make the team cuz daddy had billionzHawks are a ********.
Their head of basketball operations is 27 year old Nick Ressler (owners son) who hangs out with Trae outside of the workplace at times and has not ever played or coached basketball or managed anything of significance prior to landing that gig. Their GM is a 34 year old Landry Fields who replaced Travis Schlenk with the qualifications of being a yes-man. Schlenk objected the DJM trade because of the price tag and was supposed to have the final call but Tony Ressler intervened and overruled him. Landry was the most vocal supporter of that trade (along with Trae Young and Nick Ressler).
The oldest person in their basketball braintrust is 41 year old Kyle Korver, and even he has literally no applicable experience or qualifications for his job as the assistant GM. Athletic has done a couple of damning pieces about them and their CEO Steve Koonin has pretty much confirmed most of the stuff in those articles.
Oh my apologies. In that case he is almost overqualified by todays standards.Excuse me sir Ressler played on a high school team with Aaron Holiday… he definitely was amazing and didn’t just make the team cuz daddy had billionz
We must never forget that having more money than other people automatically makes you better than other people. Your opinion matters more, no matter the subject, your ideas are automatically always better, and your **** smells less. Money is the gold standard of the worth of a human being.Oh my apologies. In that case he is almost overqualified by todays standards.
Look he may have been born on third but he will earn that trot home as someone else hits it out of the park for him. Winners win.Oh my apologies. In that case he is almost overqualified by todays standards.
