I always thought this play was a little suspicious. The way Brooks suddenly lunges into Mike Conley after he lands doesn't look natural to me. It doesn't look like he was falling. I think his momentum would have taken him a different direction. Plus, I'm not sure why he fell. Maybe he just has bad balance, or was trying to get a foul.

This also happened right after getting his shot blocked just like the Donovan play.

Brooks isn't spunky or gritty or irritating or any of that "tough guy" stuff. He is just straight up a piece of ****. I think he angles to hurt people on purpose. He needs to be gone from the NBA before he really hurts someone.

Interesting. He does seem to push backward intentionally.
