Annnnndddd therein lies the problem.
The Executive gets to pick the makeup of the court.
The Republican Senate has merely served as a rubber stamp for the Executive.
The Judicial is packed with Trump toadies. Now this branch acts to merely enforce the will of the Executive.
This is how democracies die! Good thing our votes don't matter and both parties are the same and voting is too hard I might miss part of a foot game by voting...
What a bunch of crybaby bitches.
What a bunch of crybaby bitches.
The constitution doesn't specify the manner in which the House must begin impeachment proceedings, they have considerable constitutional latitude in how how they go about the process.
Hell in 1868 the House voted to impeach Andrew Johnson without even specifying what the articles of impeachment were-they added those a week later.
The idea that there could even be a "unauthorized" impeachment is laughable on its face. This letter is a clear example of not being able to defend the conduct of the president, and instead attacking the process meant to hold him accountable.
Lol, we'd lose our ****ing minds if that happened.https://www-m.cnn.com/2019/10/08/politics/hillary-clinton-donald-trump-tweet-2020/index.html?r=https://www.cnn.com/
