Losing Hayward was huge. A trio of Hayward/Gobert/Mitchell with complementary pieces surrounding would have gone a long way.
 
Is this the good faith argument you want to hold here? Al Jefferson was 20-10 3 times in his career. His teams won 23, 27 and 40 games in those seasons.
You don't understand. Jefferson had a post-up game, which for some players makes him much more valuable than a 15/15 player with great defense.
 
Not sure which teams would have interest in Conley at this point besides maybe Dallas. If it gets to the point that the front office has to choose between keeping him or giving up an asset to get rid of him, I'd much rather just keep him.
