If we dump Conley for 2nds and an expiring, we can turn cap space in 2023 for more assets. Or we keep Conley and hope we trade him at the deadline for something slightly better.

Right now... he would be the one I would hold until the deadline as I think his value is lower than it should be and I could see a team giving up a little more if they had an injury Mike was covering for. I think he is the most amenable to being load managed as well.
Someone absolutely would attach a 1st with some bad salary for Conley.
