Oh well... who we gonna be fascinated with now.
Draft picks and young prospects on cheap contracts I suppose. I guess we're gonna have to be sellers here. I don't see another good stretch 4 that's available and worth going after.

Saric. Hood and Favors for Saric + Jerryd Bayless
I’ve said as much and maybe they already discussed it during the conversations... Thabo and Jerebko could move on draft night for Niko and they could decline the options.
Maybe that is why they picked up the option because they knew they had a fallback.
Keeping Niko and DMC means LT... they can move or waive Ajinca but with a full roster of minimum dudes they looking at 135M and offloading 14 M won’t be easy... especially with an asset cupboard that is bare.
We should probably do that one. I love this draft and it will be great having two top 15-16 picks in it either to pick players in it or to try to trade up for a big target.I’d love that deal but really doubt philly would do it... they might do their first rounder in place of saric though.
Man if we stand pat Jazzfanz will melt. I can see a scenario where there isn’t anything good enough for Favs and Hood now and we end up just buying out JJ and going status quo.
I still think something gets done but I was overly optimistic we’d get this deal done.
Sad face.
I don't believe that NOLA is going to give Cousins a max contract. If anything, they might give him the max he would receive from a team that doesn't have his bird rights. The only owe about $92 million next year. Add in Cousins at say $25 million and then a couple minimum contract guys for a total of $35 million. They would be at $125 million give or take. They would be a Moore or Ajinca trade away from being at the luxury. And even if they do go into the luxury, one year isn't that bad. They don't have to be a repeat offender. Ajinca comes off in 2019 and Moore would be an expiring they could move.
