There are currently 77 players in their 11th+ season. 9 of these players have played on their current team for the last 11+ consecutive seasons:Good point. But a lot of Utah players outside those three came via trade or were signed well into their careers. We have at least three who are very young - and VERY good, and I don't think we'll look to upgrade (Favors, Gobert and Hayward) and possibly a 4th in Exum. I don't think the Jazz have EVER had this many promising YOUNG players. In 10 years, the "old man" would be Hayward at 34. Favors will be 33, Gobert 32 and Exum 29. That's still prime for all or at the very beginning of decline.
Also consider that NBA players come into the league much younger now. Back in the days of Stockton/Malone most players stayed in college for 4 years. Now most lottery picks - and even into the late first are "one and done."

It's very rare for a player to stay with the same team for 11+ seasons. Odds are none of the current Jazz players are with the team in 2024/25.
