In theory, Clarkson is a bit more valuable because he can create better for himself against a switching defense. Also, the Jazz could improve its defense to make up for the loss of Bogey somewhat by adding a 3D wing with length. Clarkson is also signed for 3 more years.
Bogey is a nice catch-and-shoot shooter with size and gravity. He has enough drive and in-between game to attack a closeout or a mismatch, but I don't see him as much of a creator. Ultimately depends on coaching strategy and what you're bringing back in a trade. The Jazz love how Bogey spaces the floor. He's a great release-valve shooter, but should be seen as a 3rd option offensively.
