General NBA Craziness and How it Applies to Utah

Pelicans traded Tim Frazier to the Wizards for the 52nd pick

Whoa! That's a huge one!

Kidding, but there is the approximate value of #55. Any other Tim Frazier's out there.

Based on the Rubio for Matthews conversations would Hood, Favors, and #24 get you Rubio and #7? I don't think so, but wanted to throw it out there.

Thank god. If the Spurs moved up and got Frank N, OG, or Donovan Mitchell I'm sure that player would become a star. **** the Spurs lmao.

And they'd sign Hayward... Those guys are low key threat here. They were the only ones who put a slight scare into GSW for a half.

Also if Boston get Zinger that looks like a decent destination for Hayward and it fits... I hate that FA is after the draft.

Yep. It sucks, but I've already talked myself into the fact he's probably gone. I was sick at the idea a few weeks ago, but now part of me is a little excited to see what DL can do without him. I kind of like the idea of the Jazz officially becoming Gobert's team. Maybe I'm just going through the 14 stages of grief. Tomorrow will probably be rage.

If Porz really is available for a top 4 pick Jazz should try and get in a three way trade or something. Offer anyone on our roster not named Gobert and any picks.

Random question for you. Phil Jackson said its time for Melo to go to a contender. What do you think about this:

Melo to Cleveland

Shumpert, Frye, Jefferson and 2021 unprotected 1st to NY

Frye and RJ will probably retire anyway. Shumpert only makes about $10 per year. NY saves $15 million per season the next two years. And that pick in 2021 is all but guaranteed to be top 5. LBJ will be gone or on life support.
