Sources say Mavs and Timberwolves discussed swapping Wesley Matthews and the No. 9 pick for Ricky Rubio and No. 7. However, a source described those talks as “dead” at this point. – via ESPN

I guess both of those two are attainable. Not sure the Jazz are interested in either but maybe. Matthews would be an upgrade over Hood but his contract is a lot to handle. Rubio cant shoot well enough and might hurt our team in that regard but his passing would be awesome.

SA is probably our last remaining competition for Hill. That would be bittersweet.

There is some good news if that happens. Gives Hill one less place to go and shuts down one option for LeBron's next super team. It does make it tougher for us to compete in the West.

So if CP3 goes to SA doesn't that mean the door opens up for Hill to go to the clippers?
