What's new

Had to ask....

Mitchell - loves being here, killer talent, aggressive, PR savy, future star, insane ceiling, sometimes ineffeint.

Simmons - another killer talent, great rebounding and assisting, less aggressive, can’t/won’t shoot Js/3s to save his life.

In the context of the Jazz having Gobert, Favors and Rubio on the team any trade that hurts shooting is a no go. Unless it nets us LeBron.

Come on

Also **** this stupid at ****

Stifle Tower and Spida to the 19/20 championship

Lindsay kicks *** and Snyder is a killer. But Lindsay needs a memeber of his staff that is ruthless. Just predatory in nature. A trusted voice in his inner circle that wants blood on the court. Something to make him a little more aggressive with trades and talent chasing.

Well, Ainge’s son lost his congressional bid, so...

But if you’re really looking for someone predatory in nature, may want to poach from Dallas.

So is all this since the Butler trade? All I heard was positive and ‘Sixers this’ and ‘Sixers that,’ but now I hear word of Embiid not happy with his role and other issues. What gives, aside from JB?

Yep. Butler wants more pnr action and many Philly fans think Brett Brown is covering for Simmons and protecting his role at the expense of Embiid and Butler.

Overall it is just a question of fit. Three ball dominant (not great shooting) dudes with no bench.

Been some apparent frustration that Lowe hints at in that artcile. Ben has found he likes posting up when off ball - and Embiid doesn't necessarily love that.

No way 76ers agree to the trade

Agree, why would the 76ers trade for a one dimensional, inefficient chucker for Ben ~ who offers efficient scoring + great rebounding, assisting and great defense? The 76ers would be very stupid to make a trade like this.

Are you serious?
I don't get your tone.

Why do you think its sweet to talk trash about Mitchell like that on here? You either can't read a room - or are simply a troll. I don't like labelling anyone - but what is that mate...

76ers would strongly consider that trade - cause atm what they would love more than anything is a bit more space for Embiid and Butler to operate. Ben's efficient scoring is a barrier atm. The type of shots he gets makes him more readily guardable and predictable. Obviously I think he is amazing and has a chance to be great, but I would never make the statements you are.

Mitchell would fit really well with Embiid and Butler. I think if the Sixers knew that Embiid was going to be injury free for the next 5-6 years - they would seriously, seriously consider it.

I think there is also a chance, that ultimately they will choose Simmons to build around.

Lowe is off target on this one, they would never trade Simmons.

He has always been much lower on Simmons than some.
I think Simmons is polarising that way.

Nate Duncan thinks Simmons is good etc, Danny Leroux (his running mate) seemingly thinks that Simmons could be the best in the future. I think Zach is more in the Nate Duncan mould.
