The R.I.P. Thread

Any “greatest whatever” list sucks. I remember some top 100 guitarist list came out around 2000 or so that had Cheryl Crow, among many others, above Eddie Van Halen. Also, any guitarist list will way overrate Cobain (he honestly shouldn’t be on any list).

Top 100 shotgun enthusiasts? In fairness he was a fine songwriter.

Speaking of greatest this or that, Greatest Hard Rock/Metal vocalist, also fitting for this thread sadly: Chris Cornell

R.I.P Sean Reinert... one of the best metal drummers ever. Way too early, only 48 year old. A little tribute.

Amazing life and career by Kirk. 103 years, and was still in bright mind lately.

Fred C Adams, founder of the Utah Shakespeare Festival in Cedar City, died this morning at the age of 89. I am eternally grateful for the many, many hours of enjoyment I have almost every summer seeing wonderful plays and musicals, and it was always great when he would have a small part in a few of them. He left an amazing legacy.

Pop Smoke RIP. Seeing articles about how he could have been a legend but I'm a big rap fan and he was horrendous. He did have a bad *** deep voice but his songs were dog ****. Still sucks he's dead.
