Best stuff on Netflix

Has anyone else seen Pennydreadful City of Angels on Showtime?

I just watched the first episode and it reminds me of LA Noire had sex with Guillermo del Toro.

I'm not the best critic as I tend to look for reasons to like things and I also am a "completionist" and will keep watching shows until I finish them.

I did like The Kingdom, finished it a couple weeks back, watched both seasons in about a week. For me how quickly I finished it tells me that had to be good and not just okay or I wouldn't have wanted to make time keep watching and finish so quickly. To me there are some cultural and language differences like needing subtitles that prolly take a little away then if I spoke Korean but that can be said for most any foreign show.

As the resident expert on Korean Dramas, It's weird that I haven't touched The Kingdom yet. I'll have to start it. It's even weirder to see it get play on a Jazz forum. I've heard nothing but good things about it though so I guess it's not that surprising.

Currently watching King: Eternal Monarch

Did anybody see Extraction? I thought it was good.

OK, don't laugh.
I'm actually enjoying Wu Assassins.
Once you get through the first few episodes of cheesy "you have been endowed with powers" bit, it's actually got compelling acting and a fun plotline.

I had watched that when it first came out. I liked it okay but thought the last couple episodes left a flat ending, sorta how you felt about the beginning.

Only sorta related, always wanted to watch Game of Thrones but never had HBO. However due to free extended HBO preview with the lock down I watched all 8 seasons (73 episodes) of GoT in 12 days.

Can't tell if I should be proud or ashamed of my couch potato butt. I owe it to my younger years of non stop video game weekends and summers.

Oh I knew going in I was going to love it, just my style of show and it did not disappoint. Of course I knew and heard so many things about it because of how wildly popular the show was. For example some of the major things with Jon Snow and Joffrey I knew but it really didn't have any affect on my enjoyment at all.

One thing that surprised me (in a good way) was the story of Arya Snow (especially season 7) but I can see why Tyrion Lannister and Jon Snow were so popular at least from the people I know those 2 were the most popular on the show.

Holy ****, mayne. That’s a ****ing marathon.

Not on Netflix, but the show Upload on Amazon Prime is really funny. It debuted a few days ago and you can binge the whole first season.

Barry is a fantastic comedy on HBO, got to watch all 3 seasons due to the free month viewing they offered.
