Embrace it... My life's goal is to hear TJ say "you killed it". Wife and I started watching long ago and still watch... we literally ask ourselves why we still like it... but we do.

So you saw Wes get hit in the face with the shoe that CT was discarding?
Maybe the best moment in television history. Especially how the production team put music to it and cut it within the show with the reactions of TJ and the other challengers and whatnot

I actually recorded my wife and I watching that scene (after we had already watched it like 3 times and rewound it) and sent it to my sister (she is a big fan as well) so she could see our reaction. We were laughing so so hard even after we had already seen it numerous times.

I think there has to be forgiveness or things never end.

I'm a grandchild of a Holocaust survivor. For my people, things never seem to end. My experience obviously colours my opinions.

Been watching it since i got up, maybe the presence of TV cameras stopped shooting or if nobody was willing to give the order to secure the building and open fire.

I'm not sure it was a conspiracy but I think the guys were likely armed. I think it was self preservation. The patient approach is what should be taken but when it is BLM and the law enforcement feels threatened they are more likely to shoot?

I'm just not sure why there wasn't extremely beefed up security... who the **** knows.

I get it. You would like praise for changing your mind. I think you deserve scorn and reprobation for what you initially believed(and did) first. Then maybe with time, we can talk about praise.

I don't want praise. I just think the attitude of "no converts" is pretty toxic. If its fake then I get that. You live your life how you want. I just find it odd.

How does a building like the Capitol building not have tiered security perimeters that can be secured by pressing a button? Hell were designing a similar system for our workplace and its just a public building not the seat of government.

I find belated apologies and "Johnny-come-latelies" self-serving. Like when Dr. Dre or Axl Rose apologise for beating women 30 years ago. They now know they were wrong. Great. Why the **** could you not have known that 30 years ago?

Trump was one of the most famous people in America, period. Long before he ran for presidency. You and everyone else were damn well informed about who he is as a person. You knew he was a crappy businessman who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. You knew he was racist. You knew a man who only married models thought of women as objects. You knew he had zero qualifications having never held political office even of the lowest kind. You knew all this. You had to. You weren't living under a rock in the '90s and '00s. And sorry if I doubt some of of the sincerity or just cannot forgive that you would vote for him and unleash him on your fellow citizens, as well as all of us around the globe.

I'm sitting here right now watching Pence and McConnell on CNN talking like they were fighting Trump from the get go and I'm sorry to tell you, I'm trying super hard to find any sympathy for people like you.

Especially when there was so much talk about a huge protest with Proud Boys, etc. A coordinated lack of security almost seems plausible.

I have no problem with them being called terrorists or not. That's the least of my worries.

I guess it's all about perspective. They're not there protesting something. They're there as a last ditch effort to terrorize others into what they want.
