Great game today from Joe. Happy for him. I miss him too.
Wow, that's surprising. He's not going to have a problem finding a job. Wild.Nurse is out as Raptors HC. I hope the Timberwolves keep Finch. Nurse could do some damage with that roster.
I mean, Masai like never ****s up but this screams coaching carousel bull **** to me. One bad season and he’s done? IDK. Doesn’t he have a year left on his contract? Maybe just give it one more shot?Nurse is out as Raptors HC. I hope the Timberwolves keep Finch. Nurse could do some damage with that roster.

Yeah, cool.He wants Ime
Well people seem to love him and he was almost signed by the Nets so he seems to be very pursued. IDK why else they would fire a reputable coach unless they had a very specific target in mind.Yeah, cool.
Does the fact that the Celtics would rather step into the abyss at the beginning of their contention window than **** with Udoka give organizations pause? Or perhaps more importantly, that they seemingly haven’t skipped a beat despite that they basically handed the reigns to what would be an interim coach in most circumstances? Maybe he’s not actually the greatest coach ever?

Here is a good video on how to build internal joint strength in your knees.
Eluding to your concept of training regimens not including the right type of training for the way todays game is played
Which did you start doing?Actually started doing this today… it was actually pretty amazing to feel some range of motion and pain relief after day one. Gotta find a sled though… don’t think my gym has one.
Walking backwards, the dip thing, the lunge thing, the stretch thing… basically the knees over toes stuff I can do at home without equipment.Which did you start doing?
I’ve had pristine knees most of my life but did something trail running last summer that hasn’t quite gone away. I’m worried it’s a meniscus thing, but I’ve been obsessed with having good knees/joints my whole life and it’s exciting to see some of the stuff that @Jaymz has posted. Hoping some of this might help remedy if not altogether fix whatever is going on in there. I should have a real thorough examination done but I don’t have those kind of resources.Walking backwards, the dip thing, the lunge thing, the stretch thing… basically the knees over toes stuff I can do at home without equipment.
My knees are pretty creaky from basketball so hopefully this helps.
