One would hope. Ideally they can sell him on a planHas to feel kind of good to not be in the mess that is Memphis at the very least

Actually makes it easier if they just don't play JJJ outside of competitive games. Gave up Anderson and the eventual Niang return minutesThe Jazz will keep their pick, but this trade does makes it more difficult.
Are any of the other players worth keeping?
And passVince Williams, imo. He's a nice defensive wing who can score a bit.
Only if they’re bottom-4 can we assure that. Which is what the primary objective of this season should have been about from the tip.The Jazz will keep their pick

That's definitely rare. Even with where they are now, I'm guessing they pass a half dozen teams by the end of the year just because so many teams have an incentive to lose. That's the Pelicans music. . .
landale, absolutely, but he's on an expiring deal. maybe they try to sign him as a ufa this summer - who knows. williams has been a rotation guy for memphis the last three years - he has talent, but his shooting this year has been horrendous. i like konchar, but he hasn't been able to get off the bench for a horrendous memphis team - might be out of the league after this season. Are any of the other players worth keeping?
For everybody shooting down JJ Jr. and his performance lately, how was LM before the Jazz got him?
I'll survive at 5 with the odds of 0.7% at drafting 9thOnly if they’re bottom-4 can we assure that. Which is what the primary objective of this season should have been about from the tip.
I know you know the first part, I just really don’t want there to be any confusion that the unlikely can happen and we saw that happen in the lottery last year. Under extremely suspicious circumstances.
