It's a direct reflection of the Millers and the front office. Sadly I think it gets in the way of running a championship basketball team though. I love the family like way this organization coheres to each employee but professional sports sometimes has to be cutthroat. It's kind of a lose lose. This organization is world class as far as loyaltyJust have the impression than the jazz chemistry is unique in this league because of our current team

Its not, look at Joe Ingles
Don't let the established PG comments fool you, NOLA would absolutely play Jrue at SG if Ball was to end up there and the organisation really likes Ball from all reports (e.g. Rondo/Jrue last year). The Ball camp (Lavar) is just using that as an excuse for not wanting Ball to end up in NOLA, the real reason is that Lonzo simply doesn't want to play/live in New Orleans and would prefer a bigger market instead which is why a team like Chicago got brought up.I'm not fully convinced that the Pelicans are trading Holiday. The way it sounded is that Lonzo Ball said he didnt want to be traded to a team with a starting PG.
That tells me one of a few things:
1. Nothing
2. Ball was talked about being traded, but the Pelicans have plans on keeping Holiday.
3. The Pelicans/Lakers are exploring a 3rd team to take Ball
There were rumblings about other GMs around the league condemning the Lakers because LeBron and AD share the same agent. A lot of GMs dont like that and probably dont want to participate in helping the Lakers in this trade. Which makes any deal for AD difficult because the Pelicans plan on keeping Holiday.

so are we getting conley or what
I am right. I don't know how BR's algorithm works, but its clearly flawed. You are basically accusing basketball reference being wrong and saying you are right. Like seriously you watched every Jazz game this season where Thabo played and think you are right?
I love them too as people, and players, but they are limited. Ricky is inconsistent, and Favs has limited range. Answer those short comings and we have a contender. I really like Jrue, and Niko would stretch the floor and make things click on offense so much better. So, while I would hate to see either of them go, I would make that trade in a heart beat.I really thought we had to make a trade for conley or anybody else but at the end... I was thinking... and when I saw Rudy crying, I changed my mind. Why? Just because I realise how human our current team is. I was thinking about Derrick and Ricky, and I really love them even if I understood we have to upgrade. These guys have a such love for each other and for the jazz. Remember the cohesion, the passion, the love against okc playoff, all together like just one man. Remember all the love derrick give to us in his tv it's and when he was back to Rudy against green. I love these guys and now again they will support Rudy as their bro. Guys, we know what we are losing but not what we are going to have. We are a small market and have players like derrick or Ricky is something we forget to appreciate.
I don't know I'm just thinking and I just noticed how much I love these guys together...
