His biggest gripe with the Nets was that he wanted long term financial security, he was going to get that by taking $30M less on a 1 year deal and forfeit his bird rights by signing with the Lakers??
I'm glad he got his long -term financial security. How would he have survived on the $100 million he's made so far?

I dont think signing John Wall to a minimum contract, a guy who has barely played the last few years and when he has he hasnt been any good, prevents them from wanting Conley.
