Jazz are emerging as serious threats to sign Bojan Bogdanovic

I have a feeling, and you can quote me on this, that O'Neale will start in place of Ingles by the end of the year. Ingles would be able to run the 2nd unit with Exum. We have plenty of playmakers with Conley, Mitchell and Bojan so having a work horse like O'Neale fits the starting lineup better.

As we've learned in this new NBA, good shooting cures all. There will be a lot more pressure on Gobert to rebound and defend the paint, but if there is one guy in the NBA that can step up to the challenge, it's Rudy. Saying that, I think we need to find a similar player to Gobert at the center position in free agency. Obviously not as talented, but he needs to be an above average rebounder and defender, because if Rudy gets in foul trouble, we don't have anyone on the roster that can step into that role on a consistent basis. No offense to Udoh, who I do like for occasional minutes off the bench.

there is a way we can get both the rebounding as well as shooting. last year there were a total of 7 players who can shoot over 35% on 3's with over 1 3PT made per game, while maintaining a rebounding rate of over 15%.

4 of them are FA this summer. They are: Nikola Vucevic, Dwayne Dedmon, JaMychal Green and Bobby Portis.
Bojan is a much better offensive player than any of those guys. I think having Bojan would be relatively indistinguishable from having Harris.

Damn now all I can do is refresh twitter waiting for news. The frustration/excitement of the nba offseason, amplified this year because the Jazz really are in the mix of things, and if they succeed in landing Bogdanovic we could arguably be fielding the best Jazz team since the stockton/malone era. Stakes are as high as they have ever been. That being said, Boganovic would be an absolute coup by the jazz... pacers aren't going to let him walk away. Big fear is he is using us to get a huge offer from Indiana. Boganovic is going to have to actually CHOOSE to play here, maybe for a little less money. Here's hoping the front office can make the pitch.

We don't know what is going on behind the scenes in Indy. Maybe he is chumming us or maybe he and coaches and/or front office don't get along.

If we get Bogdanovic we ARE fielding the best team since 97-98. Hell, it might be our best team since 97-98 even if we don't get Bogdanovic and just keep Favors.

“If the Warriors can add Cousins while still keeping Curry, Thompson, Iggy, Durant and Green. . . it’s all over. They’re unstoppable. Shouldn’t even try to compete. Nobody can beat them.”

the whole freakin stupid *** nba fan base, this time last year.

Fixed it.
