Karl Malone's take on all of this......?

Guys after reading carolinajazz's views on homosexuality, I've come to the conclusion that I'm wrong, and that I did choose to be gay. And if I continue down this path, I WILL get STD's, and I'll never be able to have children.

I've now decided to start being straight, and start being attracted to boobs and whatnot.

Thanks, carolina! You've just saved myself and my family a lot of grief. They'll be so excited to hear that I've chosen to be straight again.

as far as promiscuity is concerned, my personal GUESS is that as homosexual relationships become increasingly accepted as a lifestyle, the rate of homosexuals having multiple partners will correlate more closely to the rate of heterosexuals having multiple partners

gay men (in particular) had to have multiple partners because they had to be so secretive in their behavior

just my theory

I think it is probable that homosexual men have more partners on average over their lifetimes than heterosexuals. Just as it is probable that homosexual women have fewer partners on average. Men are typically quicker to take a mate, and more accepting of casual relationships. But I agree that the promiscuous homosexual stereotype from the media of the 80's and 90's is very likely to be a rarity nowadays.

And if you don't like what was already referenced, take a look at HIV percentages among homosexuals.

You mean, how they are so much lower among lesbians than among straight people? Did you have a point that won't shoot you in the foot?

I have no problem with you; I don't even know you. Your posts add nothing of value to these conversations, but that doesn't distinguish them from many other posters.

Yup. You're openly hating on a group of humans which you share this earth with. You don't have promote homosexuality, but it doesn't make you a bad person to accept others for who they are. The fact that you can't accept them as co-humans is what makes you a terrible person. You're the one being a hater, not me. I don't agree with Christianity, but you don't see me freaking out that 75% of the country literally believes in something that I find to be untrue.

The only reason you're having a bad time is because your overwhelming majority isn't getting it's way for one of the first times in American history. Doesn't feel good to be on the bottom does it?

We need to co-exist, not discriminate.

it might not be hate.
not because someone is "flawed" means you automatically hate him.
right?

you hate that certain flaw from that person, you do not let the "flaw" define him.

not because someone commits certain "sins".

sometimes the sins or flaws are so big it defines the person, thats when it is hate.

a certain example is al jefferson.

i dont hate al jefferson the person but lets put that aside for the moment.
i hate al jefferson the basketball player.
cus his flaws in my eyes are so big it not onnly defines him but also the entire jazz offensive system and defensive playing style.

so yeah I hate AL the basketball player.

please dont mix up "hate" and disliking a persons "flaw"

including yourself.

elitist douchebag.

Thank you for your opinion. It will be given all the consideration due to a poster of your previous contributions.

The value of his previous contributions depends on the person determining the value. There are those that would say the same for you and I. I for one happen to like scootsy and hope he sticks around.

I'm sure he's had some very good contributions I have not seen.

Thank you for promoting a viewpoint that makes people feel, alienated, depressed, and suicidal. People kill themselves because of you.

So many things wrong with this, but explains a lot about you.

......"hate" is a strong word! I certainly "hate" the lifestyle of a lot of humans, but don't hate them as a person. Don't you "hate" wicked people who do "wicked" things? You would like for them to change there ways, I'm sure. Society in general, has established "laws" that protect there citizens from harm. These laws vary from country to country and state to state. I, along with many others, feel that there are higher laws even than those set by humans. We feel these laws are beneficial to all humans whether they obey them or not. We choose to obey them. When governments and society in general decide to "make up" there "own" set of laws and consider the others "archaic" or outdated, well that's when the problems arise. When laws for sexual morality are up to the individual whims of humans then what we presently see on this globe is the sad state of affairs we must endure. In addition to STD's that run rampant amongst heterosexuals who have multiple partners, the same problem even worse exists amongst homosexuals. And then there's the undeniable FACT that if everyone bought into the homosexual/lesbian lifestyle on this planet, then the human race would eventually die off.

Good thing everyone is not gay just a small population.

Here is an easy solution for you if you think you will get an std or dont like having gay sex than dont do it, pretty simple.

I am morally opposed to what christians believe and the moral atrocities they as a group have committed during history. I choose to not be a christian and not go to church. I dont protest their way of life, I dont try to get laws passed so they cant practice what they believe.

If it does not affect you then why bother making a law against it. The sad thing is Christianity directly affects me and my life, however people being gay has zero effect on my day to day life, yet you dont see why their lifestyle can be different than yours but still realize that we have different beliefs and morals and still get along.

Everyone has different beliefs and values we need to stop shoving them on each other and just enjoy the differences.

No gay person is forcing you to be gay, they are not forcing you to stop being christian or whatever else they just want you to not tell them how to live their life. They dont ask you to stop being religious because they dont like it, so dont ask them to stop being gay because you dont like it.

It shocks me that

Dutchjazzer and CarolinaJazz have any rep points.

Although I am pretty convinced that CJ is just a troll who is using one of his many duplicate accounts, probably the same person who was aintnuthin.
