What's not adding up is that's not how to evaluate talent. If you actually watched the guy play, you would know that he can shoot, and he is a good player.
The Cavs are just retarded, and didn't give him a legit shot at playing. The Cavs had a log jam at his position and were in a win now mode. He started off the season on a cold shooting streak, and then that's when all the talk him being a bust came about. He was then sent to the bench to rot instead of giving him a chance to develop. Later in the year when he got more shots, he proved he could play.
Bennett is going to be a very good player. Cavs aren't going to just give him away.
You could be right, you could be wrong.
CJ Miles and plenty of others have had a sweet looking shot too, they just didn't put it in at a good rate and the Jazz coaches didn't use him right, amirite?
Hayward starts every season in a "cold shooting streak" and his shot looks pretty sweet. It didn't seem to help him out last year how pretty his form was, it still needs to go in.
Marion has one of the ugliest shots on the planet, but he gets a pass because against all odds he finds a way to be fairly effective in getting his shots to go.
Seeing how good a shot looks sounds good, but it doesn't prove much. It's one small sign in a hundred that it's possible he can find a way to be decent.
