And we would have otherwise? LOLWhat a death blow to the franchise. We will never win a ring with Rudy soaking up this much cap space
Outplayed by the guy who was voted first-team All-NBA.The only way this salary is worth it is if we make it to the finals. That's it.
This is the 3rd largest deal in the history of the NBA, and he just got outplayed in the first round of the playoffs by a player in his same position.
I believe in this team. We gotta make it happen now.

I think they did have a few sit downs.I thought the friction with Donovan just might send Rudy packing. Happy it didn't. Was it overblown? Have he and Don had a sit down?
If it was 30M a year what cap space does that open? Please make sure to know the math cuz I do.
also please understand our new owners are worth well over 21B collectively... Balmer is worth 51B iirc... we are so well funded and will pay the tax and won’t move the franchise.
30 or 40 M really only means Ryan is spending extra... does not materially change what we do.
If I'm reading the NBA's stats page right, Rudy was +26 in the series, so I'm not convinced he was actually outplayed.Outplayed by the guy who was voted first-team All-NBA.
Probably not that low. But I'll be happy if it's like 38.5 plus incentives.
Ryan’s worth 6 I believe... Australian dude worth 21... there is another tech geek in there too... Miller still have a minority share. If Ryan needs some cash he has good partners. What's the breakdown on their net worth?
Not one dimensional. He's very involved offensively. He's the best screening big in the league and defenses have to account for him.Extreme over pay for a one dimensional player. Maybe he can use some of that money and learn how to shoot outside of 2 feet. Or even better, maybe he can finally learn how to catch a bounce pass!
Yeah I were thinking about a 195/5 + incentives too.Probably not that low. But I'll be happy if it's like 38.5 plus incentives.
