Given similar context, yes.
Would probably give the nod to Luka's performance as every player has an opportunity to do that in a given game vs only a select few games being that exact point/time scenario.

A punch in the back of the neck is extremely dangerous, particularly when unaware of the incoming punch. No need to be super solid hit

Should be permanent ejection from the NBA imo. Hitting someone 1) from behind and 2) in a spot on the head that could cause permanent damage. He needs a permanent suspension imo.

This. We had a guy at a warehouse once who got hit on the back of the head with a box that fell from a couple levels above in the pallet racking and ended up with permanent paralysis. The video didn't even look that bad. But he was out cold and had mild paralysis in his upper extremities. Insanely dangerous to hit someone there. That needs to be dealt with severely.

Yet more evidence the NBA is just barely above professional wrestling in officiating. I guess if he had been more severely hurt maybe it would have been a month suspension.
He looked like he passed out before getting hit.
