What's new

The Non-Jazz NBA Thread in the Jazz Section

It all depends on how good IND feels about resigning Pascal....but even if he's committed to resigning, do you want to be the team giving him a brand new max contract at the age of 30? I understand why TOR did what they did.

Bruce Brown an interesting name to watch in a follow up trade. I think he's overrated by the nerdy crowd, but he can help just about any team.
The only thing TOR did wrong was that they should've traded him much sooner

In hindsight maybe….but they did give themselves a chance to see if they were any good or not. Turns out they were not, but sometimes you’ve got to give yourself a chance even if there’s a chance you have to pivot later on.

Pretty incredible the Pacers were able to get Siakim without giving up at least Nembhard. Obviously Jarace as a recent top 10 pick would be too rich to ask for, but I would have pushed hard for Nembhard (over the OKC pick) if I was the Raptors.

The Pelicans have never once paid the luxury tax.
Yeah... when you are that close you gotta get out for money and other reasons... but yeah tough to cheer for owners saving money.

I watch Detroit Minny ( not a good game but Rudy was good) and switch to Dallas-Lakers. Really boring game, chemistry between Luka and Kyle not really working.
