I think it was DL that once said that sometimes if you have a team with a strong culture, sometimes you can introduce a player who doesn't quite fit and still able to make it work and have that player amalgamate into your culture.

I do believe we have a strong enough defensive culture in our team to accomodate Parker.

Sounds carefully worded. We couldn’t make a deal until January, anyway. I’m not suggesting that we really are targeting him, but it is kind of funny.
 
I'm sure this has been discussed but I guarantee this is a dumb young Ringer writer trying to get the "scoop" before it hits because he thinks it makes sense. Jazz aren't trading for Parker.

It is... but guys in our front office are really careful. I don't think they'd say a name, but this does seem like when my kids tell me something that "isn't a lie" but isn't truthful. This doesn't deny internal interest if there was any...

They have no sources of their own, so their only way to beat WOJ is throw a smorgasbord of crap against the wall and hope it sticks.
