If so I'm sure it will surge soon enough.

Posters here have a bizarrely high rate of running into anti-vaxxers. There cant be more than three four hundred of them and you find them all.I've been debating an old friend of mine via facebook, terrible idea I know, after she posted "4 people from the vaccine trial developed Bell's Palsy after taking the vaccine. And the democratic governors want to make the vaccine mandatory. No thanks." To which I explained the normal rate for developing it is 15-30 cases per 100,000 so 4 out of 40,000 plus is actually below the normal rate.
Now she is a dental hygenist, married to a surgeon, who has 3 brothers and a father who are doctors and 1 other brother in law who is also a dr. The entire clan is posting conspiracy theories non stop. These are smart, kind, educated, people and they are still falling for the bull ****. It is depressing.
About 15-20% of the usa population refuses to take this vaccine no matter what. I would call those anti-vaxxers. This vaccine has at various times had upwards of more than 50% saying they would not take it. That number has improved but I would generally say roughly 1/2 the population has some level of distrust/suspicions of the vaccine mostly based on false information.Posters here have a bizarrely high rate of running into anti-vaxxers. I don't get the oversized concern with a few moonbats. They make life interesting.

Sure, in the way a meteor impact makes life interesting. I can do without that excitement.I don't get the oversized concern with a few moonbats. They make life interesting.
That's crazy. Most of them probably live in geographic pools. I bet most of them will get the vaccine after everyone else does and it's shown safe. Either that or theyll quickly achieve herd immunity the old fashioned way.About 15-20% of the usa population refuses to take this vaccine no matter what. I would call those anti-vaxxers. You must not talk to many people, hah. I guess we will see how many get it. I would guess that about 20-30% refuse. Most of those people are already convinced it isnt safe. Its sad because the vaccine isnt full proof. So you are still putting others at risk, but at least its greatly minimized. I am just hoping the vaccine gets things under control in the US so I can actually come back to visit my friends and family. That's crazy. Most of them probably live in geographic pools.
