There have been lots of studies on it with validity.

The b12 is not from animal sources it's made from bacteria that is vegan. They do not take it from animals. So if I add Vit B12 from animal source to vegan cereal it becomes vegan source? lol.
Please look at the last thread on this when I posted a bunch of them for you. Most show mixed results like I mentioned and find that people can live healthy with vegan diet. Vegetarian diets tend to show even more positive but still mixed. Please post links.
I have no issue with decisions at all and being vegetarian is certainly a healthy diet. I get triggered by vegan anecdotal claims that their diet is healthier then what 99.5% of people eat. I do respect vegans who do it for ethical reasons and accept that they need to be careful with it and supplement properly.
Sure, that is why any time anyone mentions eating vegan you go on these incredibly dumb rants no one wants to hear.

Only when they said they do it for health reasons. Never ranted about ethical vegans.
Yes, if it is fortified with Vit B12. There is no Vit B12 in almonds or coconuts or any other non animal origin food source. They as well eat Vit B12 fortified cereal, granola bars and so on.
Everyone knows your dumb views on veganism, we don't need to hear them every time it comes up.
I could care less if they look dumb to you. They are based on science.
