So just sit Green and play the guys you want to play, and then you still have him to play in case of injury or a form slump (not sure how you'd be able to tell that Niang was in a slump, but still...). Hell, there's a vacant doghouse at the end of the bench now, he could take that over.

No, this idea of waiving Green to five minutes to Niang and Brantley. We haven’t played Brantley at all. Why not play him before waiving Green?

Maybe, or we'll see lots of Niang and Royce at the 4. I'm happy rolling the dice with some good g league players, considering what out options at this point have been.
