Yes, the players have every right to fight for what's fair. That's the point. What they are being offered is fair. It's beyond fair.
It's better than 99% of the rest of the nation who pays their salary. Another slap in the face to the rest of the nation who has been dealing with real struggles. Real problems.
The owners are just that, they own the teams. Stop crying, and accept the deal, and be thankful for it.

For the thousandth time, why is this (only) the players fault? They didn't go on strike.

That was the worst day of my life. The only proof I had of being prophetic was gone in a flash. Years of flawless player evaluations and predictions vanished from cyberspace. I remember it like it was last week (not yesterday because some details are fuzzy). There was like a week or two week span where nothing happened when I'd try to come on. Even if I didn't type the 'www' before jazzfanz.com. Nothing.
One would think I'd reevaluate my life and priorities upon the realization that since there was no longer a cyber forum for me to spew my insight on the workings of the Utah Jazz made me sad, but it had the opposite effect. It inspired me to go to other websites that had Jazz forums. Realgm was the first I found and I had to apply to post. I felt like this was it. A new beginning. A chance to gain exclusive acceptance into a new Jazz community based on my application letter. A day or two after still not being approved, duties in reality called. By the time my life had slowed back to the point of running to my e-crackhouse Jazzfanz was back and I had forgotten all about Realgm until now. After I hit the reply button to this post I'm going to try and login into Realgm and see if my 'I would drink Jerry Sloan's urine' application letter was finally approved.

for the thousandth time...the players are REJECTING the owners proposals which are FAIR.
I don't think it's all the players fault this is going down either, but overall I side heavily with the owners. The owners are rich ********, and could act differently in this issue sure.
However, the facts still remain the owners OWN the teams, and are the boss. Players are not above that.
I'm listening to their cry babies comments, and I simply don't agree with them, or feel much pity for them.
They are given a chance to do something few do, and they are asking for more. **** that Numberica.
The players are not entitled to more.
