It seems there's a lot you don't understand about the way Hayward left that really hurt the Jazz going forward. Had he even demanded a trade at midseason or let the Jazz know he would be leaving sooner instead of stringing them a long until it was too late in free agency it would've been soooo much better.This is such a stupid take. It's not like Hayward pulled a Kawhi and refused to play while cashing the team check. The fact is that Hayward 100% completed his obligation to the team (HE DID NOT OWE THE JAZZ ANYTHING) and then left. He didn't handle his exit with grace and class, but the other 7 years he was good to the team.
Rejoicing in Hayward's pain is like celebrating when you find out that the girl who dumped you in high school is in an abusive marriage.
