Yeah, I was thinking 5-8 looks plausible. I'd be pretty damn happy with 6-7 I think.
I really want to see Favors/Gobert beasting it while he's out. 32/22/4 a game.
Did Donald Trump grab your ***** or something? We getting 4th seed you bish.

Can't we all pitch and help him relocate it?

Adjusting for inflation, Malone's 1997 salary was $437 million. Did you know that before you posted, or are you just playing games with us, broh?
Ever hear of a guy named Kevin Durant?!
Team can give GH a contract with an opt out. He then re-signs with that team for max. Not saying he does. My original post was tongue-in-cheek. But the financial advantage of remaining in Utah is pretty low.
In fact, I'd be surprised if he doesn't want an opt out after year 3. He'd be eligible for another big jump as a 10 year vet.
Hayward isn't that caliber of player... short of losing a limb there Durant will get a full max next year... plus he makes more money off the court than Hayward. At this point in his careeer I expect him to take full max if offered... may have an opt out somewhere. I also expect the NBA to give a few more advantages for teams to use to retain their stars in the next cba.
Lyles played the 3 all season for UK by the way.
And everybody agreed that he was playing out of position and struggled to guard NCAA wings. So....
We need to trade for Julius randle...he's a true 3.
Ya it sucks he will miss time but I have to admit that I'm excited for Burks to get more minutes and I'm curious to see how the team does without him.The good news is the Hayward haters can get 10-15 games to see what our squad looks like without Hayward.
If Burks is healthy by then.Ya it sucks he will miss time but I have to admit that I'm excited for Burks to get more minutes and I'm curious to see how the team does without him.
We have done pretty well in the small sample size of games Hayward has missed in the past.
Good point.
It's insane that we've already had injuries, seemingly minor injuries, to Favors, Hood, Burks, Dante, and now Hayward. I don't know how Golden State has done it these last two years. On the bright side it's still the preseason.
Joe Johnson is going to prove to have gotten to old to help out.
